By using mobtakeracademy.com, submitting a form on it, or joining a Mobtaker program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.
These terms are between you and Mobtaker Creative Academy, Cairo, Egypt.
This site presents our courses, workshops, events and community, and lets you apply or get in touch. It is not a store: no payment is taken on this website.
Course details, dates, fees and instructors shown here are indicative and may change. The details confirmed to you in writing by the team are the ones that count.
Submitting the form on a course page is an application, not a booking.
-
We reply with the round dates, the fee and the payment method.
-
Your seat is confirmed only once the fee (or the agreed deposit) is received and we confirm it in writing.
-
Seats are limited and allocated in order of confirmation, not in order of application.
-
We may decline an application, for example when a round is full or the level is not a fit. We will tell you and, if anything was paid, refund it in full.
Fees are quoted per round and are payable through the method we confirm to you — no card details are ever collected on this website.
Unless stated otherwise, the fee covers the sessions, the materials and the certificate for that round only.
This is our standing policy unless your written confirmation says otherwise.
-
Cancel 7 days or more before the round starts: full refund.
-
Cancel less than 7 days before the start: we move you to a later round, or refund 50%.
-
After the round starts: no refund, but you may transfer your seat to one later round for free.
-
If we cancel or postpone a round: you choose a full refund or a seat in the next round.
Our sessions are small and practical. To keep them that way:
-
Attend on time and do the assignments — certificates depend on attendance.
-
Treat instructors and other learners with respect. Harassment, discrimination or disruptive behaviour ends your participation with no refund.
-
Do not record, stream or redistribute a session without written permission.
Slides, briefs, templates, recordings and any other material we give you are licensed to you personally for your own learning. You may not resell, republish or share them.
The Mobtaker name, logo, site design and content belong to Mobtaker Creative Academy.
Work you produce during a course stays yours. We may showcase it, with credit, in our portfolio and on social media — tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will not.
Free sessions are offered as they are. We may change the time, the host or the content, or cancel the session — we will email everyone registered if we do.
Free sessions may be recorded. If you join with your camera or microphone on, you may appear in that recording.
We teach skills and open doors, we do not sell outcomes. We do not guarantee a job, an internship, a client or a specific income after a program.
The site is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or online without interruption.
To the extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability to you for anything connected to a program is limited to the fee you paid for that program.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Our pages link to other services — Instagram, WhatsApp and similar. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you apply is the one that governs your enrolment.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Write to us and we’ll answer within a few working days.
